We ensure maximum benefit and revenue for show organisers and to others within the exhibition industry. Our team work closely with you to give customised online solutions based on your brief.
The following is the process we take in providing a solution for your show.
1. Analysing The Requirements:
In the initial meeting with the client we identify the needs and objectives of the show.A list of features is prepared from our readily available feature list that suits the needs of the show. Of course we welcome any function the client may want that is not included in our feature list.
2. Designing The Look Of The Website-Home Page:
Once we have received the requirements from the client 5 different designs of the home page are prepared for the client to choose from and the facility to mix and match the designs is also provided.
3. Development of the Website:
The design of the website is approved by the client on the basis of the feature list and is developed using Showcraft our CMS product.
4. Online Creation and Launching of Website:
We will create a complete website of the show entering the content and pictures received from the client. The website is built in a special folder that is visible to the client only until the time it is finally created and approved. On receiving the approval from the client, content is then shifted to the URL address of show website and is made live.
5. Training and
Technical Support:
Some training is provided for the clients team to work on the modules of the website. Apart from this our technical team is available to provide help 24by7by365
6. Admin Panel Hand Over / Website Maintenance:
The Admin Control Panel of the website is then handed over to the client from where they can make changes to the website from anywhere and at any point of time. A Step by step guide and detailed help is provided on each of the modules to assist them with working on the website.
The other option we offer is to maintain the website until the end of the show. We would make all the changes to the content as required by you the client on a regular basis.
