Cereals 2008 proved a bigger attraction than ever, with more than 23,900 visitors flooding through the gates. Exhibitor numbers, at over 380 also reached a new high. Once again Cereals delivered record numbers and positive feedback from exhibitors and visitors alike.

• 44.6% of those Cereals visitors who own or work on a farm do so on farms over 300 hectares

• 1 in 4 visitors made purchases or placed orders at Cereals 2008, those making purchases over £20,000 increased 4% compared with 2007
• In addition 71% of visitors indicated that they plan to make purchases as a result of their visit
